No. Despite the address-style name, 9001 WEST HIGHLAND PINES, LLC is exclusively an agricultural drone prototype design and engineering company. We do not offer real estate, property, or land development services.
Most bespoke programs run 9 to 18 months from concept CAD through airframe build, autonomy integration, and field validation, depending on payload complexity and certification needs.
Both. We validate on our own regional test acreage and, when appropriate, run cooperative trials directly on client operations across the Southeast.
IP ownership is defined per engagement. Foundation platform technology remains ours; program-specific innovations are negotiated in the co-development agreement.
Our platforms are validated across row crops, orchards and vineyards, small grains, cotton and fiber, specialty vegetables, and rangeland, on both flat and rolling terrain.
